complete contents of each unit. Winning bidders must pay a $100.00 per unit cash only
cleaning deposit to Fox Den Store-It Hwy 51-11 LLC, to be returned upon inspection of
unit. Winning bidders are required to remove everything from the unit and leave it in
“broom clean” condition by Monday, June 22nd, 2026, at 4:00 pm to receive deposit back.​
